The Rex Company is a professional management firm that specializes in the management of homeowner's associations and common interest developments in the greater Los Angeles area. We pride ourselves in providing a first class service with a lot of transparency into the accounting and operational aspects of management, all of which can be overseen by the Board of Directors via the portal.

The founder Victor M. Rex is a USC graduate as well as a real estate broker. Victor is also a CPM®, CCAM®, and CCIM® - and has passed all four sections of the CPA® exam. Victor is fluent in English and Spanish and also speaks several other languages. On the personal side, Victor is father to three teenage children, his main hobby is scuba diving, and he loves to travel the world. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and common interest developments, Victor brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as the chief executive officer of The Rex Company, Inc.
